He has been responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, across the lower mainland and has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the real estate market. As a property manager, Haze Hartwig has a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving. He is skilled at negotiating with tenants, vendors, and contractors, and has a proven track record of maximizing property revenue while minimizing expenses and headaches for both owners and tenants alike. In addition to his property management duties, Haze Hartwig is also an active realty advisor as he dual licensed for both sales/purchase and property management, where he stays up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

When he is not managing properties, Haze Hartwig enjoys surfing, skiing, snowboarding, and believes in giving back to the community. He regularly hosts charitable events and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others. Haze Hartwig is also the host of “Bamboo – Vancouver’s Property Management & Investment Podcast” where he keeps both DIY, mom and pops landlords as well as various professionals in the industry up-to-date on everything real estate investment and property management in Greater Vancouver, along with various guests.
